As a follow up to the last blog from 2005, we ended up getting our money back from Visa for the Jetsgo thing, a valuable lesson, always pay for things like that with a credit card that carries a guarantee.
Oh, and this might be out of place blogwise and maybe should be on the Millionaires Club, but, never rotate credit on a credit card, never have a credit card with a yearly fee and never, ever, get into the habit of using a credit card to pay for groceries or booze.
In addition, having a credit card with a "reward" system like Aeroplan points is a bad thing, you should never be encouraged (more) to get into debt, society does a good enough job without the additional temptation of "rewards"
